Best Practice Systems announced today the September 2009 software release of Waypoint 2.0. Waypoint 2.0 provides an improved interface for customer service representatives to manage client accounts. CSRs can quickly view and update client eBills and account status. With the advanced document management process, they can easily track the status current projects, resend electronic documents and review invoices prior to distribution.

The enhanced security features also allow for customized profile creation with specialized access levels. The webservice allows clients to efficiently initiate and print reports, including time-zone specific reports.
