Graybar, the nations largest wholesaler of electronic components, just signed with Best Practice Systems for print and EIPP. In an effort to reduce costs Graybar Inc. went shopping for a new vendor to provide not only print, but also electronic invoicing. Graybar chose Best Practice Systems because of the all-in-one solution.

Greg Cunningham, Treasurer Manager, liked the package deal and were happy that Graybar didn't have to go to two separate vendors for the print and the electronic solution. The other reason Graybar choose Best Practice Systems is because of the 12 hour turn around for print files. Files are sent the same day they are received which was a critical issue to Graybar who invoices customers daily.

In the months ahead Graybar will be introducing the electronic invoice solution that will enable all of their customers to get invoices over the web. This technology backed by the power of CheckFree will provide an opportunity to cut costs for Graybar and an opportunity for Graybar customers to have immediate access to six months of invoice history as well as the ability to pay invoices online. Customers of Graybar will also have the ability to pay invoices online one at a time or as a group.
